The ANABOfit Program is a 6-week progression.
ANABOfit is an exercise program designed to improve your strength in steps. It conditions your mind and body to get stronger. Together we determine your Fit Baseline. You determine your individual goals and the FitLevel you want to accomplish, Fit1, Fit2, Fit3, Fit4 or Fit5.
From there we will provide the most efficient path.
ANABOfit helps you make the most of your valuable time! Regardless of your FitLevel, it is imperative that you focus all of your energy into each individual exercise. Doing so helps you build a strong foundation and prepares you for the next level.
Not everyone wants to reach a higher FitLevel, AND that’s ok! Embrace where you are.
