WOW, what a program! When Billy told me about ANABO, I knew it would probably work, but being older and overweight, I didn’t think I could do the exercises and keep up. He said, “You can move your feet back and forth can’t you”? I said, “Sure I can.” “Then you can do the program.” He gave me a copy of the ANABO nutrition manual and I read through it and knew I could do the nutrition part, but the exercise was still a problem for me. I went in one Wednesday morning and we got started. I was huffing and puffing during the exercise session but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t do. If I did find an exercise difficult, he modified the exercise. After 45 days of eating better and exercising at least three times a week, I had lost 20 lbs. and my blood pressure is the best it has been in years. The program WORKS and continues to work today. I have NEVER had the weight fall off so easily and ANABO is the program that is making it all happen.
