When I first started training with Billy around 4 years ago it was because I knew I needed to change things up in my normal workout routine. I had been doing basically the same workout with free weights since the mid 80’s. I also run and do competitive ballroom dancing. But I was in a rut. I wanted something new and that’s exactly what Billy brought. I love the diversity in the workouts. Employing strength and agility works best for me. These workouts keep my core and overall body strong and toned plus the agility helps to keep me fast and light on my feet. I have seen a real change with my ballroom dancing. Now I feel more grounded and secure even when doing a quick mambo or jive. My strength can be measured in the hours I can put into my dance training without muscle fatigue.
So, the best two words to describe the ANABO program for me are diversity and results. Whether you’re a first timer into the fitness realm or an old timer like me (59 years old) there is a workout for your level and time constraints, too.
