I just wanted to let everyone know that ANABO has become a very important/needed habit in my lifestyle during the past year! Just about 1 year ago, a co-worker and I were talking and I was telling her about my unsuccessful attempts at Anytime Fitness and other local gyms – I felt that it didn’t hold my attention or interest. ( I have always gone to a gym and have been a self-motivator, but somehow I had no interest …. )
So, during our conversation – she told me about this gym, I figured let me give it a chance.
I walked into ANABO and thought – WOW! This isn’t going to work but I was open minded! I meet Billy and he told me about the concept of his gym. I just told him that I wanted to get in shape and fit back into my clothes! I was given a Fit Eval. I started with ANABO November 2014 and figured I would go at least 3-4 days a week. The workouts are always changing and challenge you – in a good way! I have gone up several levels through the year and would like to advance higher!
I have made my visit to ANABO a routine 6 days a week. Of course, I am very hard on myself but people around me tell me how great I look and my energy has changed to the positive also. I even have my oldest daughter coming and working out side-by-side with her Mom! (Cherished Memories)
I have been challenged by Billy with short term goals which include his Step-by-Step Guide to Healthy Living – Nutrition for January 2016!
