At first I have to say I didn’t believe in ANABO. How can a workout that is so quick get me in the shape that I need to be for a NFL game?
I soon realized after the first day that not only were these workouts going to challenge me physically, but the program would push me to new levels that my body had never been. When I arrived at training camp I realized that I was close to the best shape of my playing career. My teammates and opponents were getting tired and I felt like I was not even winded.
To get ready for an NFL season, I always thought that I only needed to focus on getting my upper and lower body stronger, and be able to stay healthy for the whole season. ANABO and Billy taught me differently. I use to never do abs, NEVER!! I learned that your core is one of the most essential parts for you to improve your strength, quickness, speed and agility.
With the great core strength I built, I was able to accomplish all of these. Not to mention, now I have abs which I never had in my life. Now that I’m retired, ANABO still allows me to challenge myself, works on all my body parts and lead a healthy lifestyle!!
