From the first time I walked into ANABO, I was welcomed with open arms. I was greeted by the man himself, Billy Yancey. I can’t say enough about this man, he is a constant motivator EVERYDAY of the week. You can always count on him to get you going no matter how you feel. When Billy began to explain to me how ANABO worked I was excited about a number of aspects the program had to offer. Personally, I never did like spending an hour to an hour and a half in the gym every night. ANABO fixed this problem for me by offering 3 levels of fitness with different stages built into them, all being done in a fast pace manner.
Billy has built these levels for different types of people with different needs. They are the 18, 12, and the infamous 9. These numbers represent how many minutes you will be going through the workout, which like I said before, is not time consuming at all. My specific needs were in mobility and core strength as I originally entered into the ANABO program as an aspiring professional golfer. In the first few weeks to a month I saw a large improvement in my performance on the golf course. Fatigue was completely gone at the end of my rounds and I had a tremendous amount of strength through the ball at impact zone, while improving my balance as well. I would argue that these workouts would trump any workout you do while you are in the gym for an hour or more. Not only does ANABO help you physically BUT it also helps you mentally.
ANABO has given me the confidence in myself that I didn’t think I could have ever reached. That to me is priceless, just like the friendships that I developed with both Billy and the ANABO family.
