I’ve had a trainer for the past five years, since I turned eighty. The first two were nice and the first one was even organized. But Billy tailors the workout to me and it progresses as I do. There’s a noticeable difference my balance , arm strength and stamina.
I can’t say enough good things about the lunchtime fitness class Billy offers! I feel challenged but the class is appropriate for any fitness level. They provide a much-needed break from my office chair which seems to be attached to my backside most of the time. This past year was tough, and Billy’s classes continue to get me through the week.

I actually get excited knowing I get to train with him on a particular day! He is beyond creative and versatile with hundreds of different combinations of work outs that will always keep you interested and your body guessing. In addition to all of his knowledge in his craft, he is also wise. Over the period of time that I've known him, he has guided me through so many challenging obstacles that he has became more than just my trainer, he is family! Billy is the staple of a personal trainer.
“I was recently diagnosed with degenerative discs in my lower back before I walked into Billy’s gym. I was completely crooked because the left side of my lower back was in knots and I was struggling to simply walk. Billy took one look at me, shook his head and we immediately started light stretching exercises. We stretched 3 days a week for two weeks and slowly worked toward getting his program started. Well, here I am two years later at the age of 47 and in the best shape of my life.”

We love his passion for his work and his upbeat personality - his positivity is infectious. We started noticing the positive effects quickly.

Working out with Billy is simply energizing and amazing! The workout programs are so fun and kick-ass! He’s such a motivator, shows professionalism and has a great sense of humor when you feel like giving up!
