Billy does a great job with his workouts and he cares about his clients, which is what I love. Anabo will kick your butt and it is only 30-45 minutes long, which is perfect for someone who has a full-time job. Being a female in my 60’s with a history of abusing my body due to 40+ years of running, never stretching and probably doing self-weight training wrong, I decided to enlist the help of a professional personal trainer. Billy Yancey came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I have not be disappointed. After just 2 months of one- on- one sessions with him, my body feels stronger ,healthier and my self confidence in moving closer towards my personal health goals has exceeded my expectations.
