- It pushes you past a point that you are not used to, thereby making you stronger. Consequently, it shows you how much more you are capable of when your body is put under more stress.
It teaches you that you have the capacity to drive yourself even harder and receive more results when we return to the normal schedule. It encourages you to work towards and advance to the next level if you desire.
We encourage you to WORK AS HARD AS YOU ARE ABLE TO and not as hard as you would like. They are two entirely different concepts. Usually, when you work as hard you want to, it is not enough. When you work as hard as you can, IT’S ALL THAT YOU’VE GOT! That’s moving in a positive direction.
