ANABO is based on progression. It strengthens you physically and mentally together as one unit. Steady progression conditions your body to get stronger in steps.

There are a number of training techniques we use in our program; one is the overload principle. It means that the body is under more stress than it is ordinarily accustomed to. At ANABO, this happens every six weeks, XTrEAM week. There are a number of benefits to this type of training;

  • It pushes you past a point that you are not used to, thereby making you stronger. Consequently, it shows you how much more you are capable of when your body is put under more stress.

It teaches you that you have the capacity to drive yourself even harder and receive more results when we return to the normal schedule.  It encourages you to work towards and advance to the next level if you desire.


We encourage you to WORK AS HARD AS YOU ARE ABLE TO and not as hard as you would like. They are two entirely different concepts. Usually, when you work as hard you want to, it is not enough. When you work as hard as you can, IT’S ALL THAT YOU’VE GOT! That’s moving in a positive direction.

Our mission is to challenge you and help you become the absolute best version of yourself, never coaching or encouraging you to do anything that may be harmful to you physically or mentally.

Fit Eval

During Phase 2 of the ANABOfit progression, you have the option to test your strength, agility, and mental toughness by taking the ANABOfit Fit Eval. We use the results to guide you in your progression through the ANABOfit program.
